Keith Tozer

In 1978 Tozer was the first player selected overall in the inaugural MISL college draft for the Cincinnati Kids. A player in several leagues, Tozer turned a playing career into a successful coaching career. In various indoor stops, Tozer became the all-time winningest coach in indoor soccer history with over 700 wins, and six league titles, in addition to eight Coach of the Year Awards. He led the Milwaukee Wave in various leagues from 1992-2014. Tozer also guided the US Futsal Men’s National Team for 20 years, winning two CONCACAF Gold Medals. As the trio takes the helm, Tozer's positive outlook on the future of the league shows.

No name is more synonymous with indoor soccer than Messing’s. As the first MISL signing in 1978, Messing gave the MISL instant credibility, which led to more big signings. Messing's New York Arrows were a dynasty, winning the first four championships. Messing was a two-time All American goalkeeper at Harvard University, played with his teammate Pele on a New York Cosmos championship team, was a member of the 1972 United States Olympic Soccer Team at the Munich Olympic Games, and capped 14 times by the United States. He is the former founder along with Pele, of Global Sport Group, LLC, an international soccer agency.

Since 2001 he has worked as a television commentator on the MSG Networks for the New York Red Bulls on Major League Soccer telecasts. He has additionally broadcast four World Cups for ESPN, along with Olympic Games on NBC and international games for Fox Sports.

A broadcast veteran of 17 World Cups (men’s and women’s), Dellacamera always refers to his early years of indoor soccer as some of the finest memories of his career. He worked for both the Pittsburgh Spirit and the St. Louis Steamers as their TV Voice, and later became the Voice of the MISL for their game of the week package on ESPN. He was recognized by the National Soccer Hall of Fame as their Colin Jose Media Award winner in 2018, and was inducted into the Connecticut Soccer Hall of Fame in 2019. He was the Television Voice for the Philadelphia Union for 13 seasons, and has worked for ESPN, FOX, NBC, ABC, and CBS Sports. He has been calling NWSL games on CBS Sports since 2020, and continues his work with Fox Sports.
Jon Ramin

As VP of Operations, Jon plays a leading role in many of the daily responsibilities of the league. His primary focus is to maintain league operations with a strong emphasis on communications between the Commissioner's office, MASL members, committees, vendors, and referees. After joining the league staff full time in January of 2015, Jon's experience and dedication to the MASL will continue to build upon the MASL brand and standards. 

Prior to working with the league he was one of the founding members and General Manager of the Syracuse Silver Knights (2011-2014). Proud of his family business, The CNY Family Sports Centre, he played a key role in the indoor/outdoor sports facility becoming the most successful of its kind in Upstate New York. Jon is a graduate of LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY where he was a member of the men's soccer team.

Jon enjoys following US Soccer, MLS, EPL, and is a life long Syracuse Orange Basketball fan. Outside of work and sports, Jon has a passion for music, biking, friends, family, great food, and the outdoors.

Ryan Cigich has served the role of MASL Head of Officials since 2011 (MISL 2011-13).  Ryan’s responsibility includes the management of MASL game officials in the primary areas of assignment, evaluation, and education.  Ryan began refereeing professional indoor soccer with the NPSL in 1999 and continues today as one of the most experienced active on-field officials with over 300 games as a Referee.

Dennis Fry is the the founder of CPAs for Hire LLC, an entrepreneurial-minded accounting, tax and advisory firm located in Town & Country, Missouri.  Dennis works with the Office of the Commissioner as they negotiate sponsorships, expansion and investment into the league as well as maintaining the day-to-day financial operations.

Director of Communications/Team Services

Lindsay serves as the Director of Communications/Team Services. In this role she curates and releases all league communications and media. She also provides support to each team's PR departments to aid in the implementation of industry best practices. 

Ken Stanley

Creative Director/Broadcast Manager

Ken is the Creative Director for the Kansas City Comets and serves as the Content Director for the League. Ken has a background in fine art and creates all the league's graphic images. He also helps produce MASL Primetime and individual game broadcasts. 

Jack Williams

Social Media Manager

Jack (they/them) has served as the Social Media Manager for the MASL since the 2022-23 MASL season. Jack has a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Communication and Public Relations and is responsible for the daily upkeep of the league's social media pages

In their free time, Jack also serves as the Merchandising Manager for the 2024 Drum Corps International World Champion Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps, and serves as an off-ice official in various collegiate and professional hockey leagues. Jack will also be going to Milan, Italy in 2026 for the Winter Olympics as a part of the IIHF's off-ice officiating crew.

Óscar Sánchez desde la temporada 2021-2022 se desempeña como el Gerente de Contenido en español de la MASL. Ha cubierto indoor soccer desde 1999 en Monterrey, México. Actualmente participa en la transmisiones de nuestros partidos con Canela TV, realiza entrevistas para su programa "Figuras MASL" y realiza traducciones para la organización.

Además es el narrador oficial del Club Tigres de la UANL de la Liga MX y autor de "Decadas de Garra y Pasión" y "60 años Incomparables", los libros de historia del equipo. Trabajó en medios importantes como El Norte, Multimedios y Claro Sports.


Óscar Sánchez since the 2021-22 season has been the Spanish Content Manager for the MASL. He has covered indoor soccer since 1999 in Monterrey, Mexico. He currently participates in the broadcasts of MASL matches with Canela TV, conducts interviews for his show "Figuras MASL" and provides translations for the organization.
He is also the official play by play announcer of the UANL Tigres Club of Liga MX and author of "Décadas de Garra y Pasión" and "60 Años Incomparables", the team's history books. He worked in important media such as El Norte, Multimedios and Claro Sports.
