WAVE HEAD TO DALLAS FOR ST. PATRICK’S DAY BATTLE SUNDAY AFTERNOON AGAINST SIDEKICKS

by Milwaukee Wave

After an exciting 8-7 shootout win against the St. Louis Ambush last week at UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena, the 7-time champion Milwaukee Wave travel to Dallas to take on the Sidekicks St. Patrick’s Day, Sunday, March 17 at Credit Union of Texas Event Center.

“We’re on a 4-game winning streak and it’s something we want to keep going coming out of Dallas,” said Milwaukee Wave Head Coach Giuliano Oliviero. “The guys know what’s at stake, where we sit in the standings and we’re not letting off; it’s going to be competitive all the way to the end.”

Meanwhile, the Dallas Sidekicks enter the contest on a two game losing streak with a record of 3 wins and 17 losses.

“Dallas is a better team than their record states,” added Oliviero. “They had one win last season, three wins this season; you can see the transition starting to happen with Coach Eddie and the team getting better with him knowing the nuisances of indoor soccer so full credit to him. I personally hope they don’t get it right Sunday though.”

After Dallas, the Wave head back to Milwaukee for their final regular season home game Friday, March 22 at 6:35pm CT against the San Diego Sockers and immediately after that game will travel to Mexico to close out the 23/24 season against the undefeated Monterrey Flash Sunday, March 24 at 4:35pm CT.

Tickets are on sale now at MilwaukeeWave.com or at the Box Office one hour prior to game start.
