SIDEKICKS OPEN SCHEDULE ON SUNDAY IN KANSAS CITY

Allen, Texas (December 12, 2024) – The Dallas Sidekicks travel to face the Kansas City Comets (2-0-1) this Sunday at the Cable Dahmer Arena in Kansas City. This will be their first matchup since the 2021-2022 Ron Newman Cup Playoffs.

The Comets have had a strong start to their season, securing back-to-back wins against the St. Louis Ambush before dropping their most recent game against the Milwaukee Wave. Last season, the Comets claimed the Eastern

Conference Title but fell to the Chihuahua Savage in the Ron Newman Cup Finals.

The Sidekicks aim to begin their 2024-2025 campaign on the right foot after closing the 2023-2024 with a three-game win streak. During the off-season, the Sidekicks officially promoted Terry Woodberry to Interim Head Coach to Head Coach.

Key off-season re-signings included midfielders Colin O’Keefe and Yahir Romero, who signed three contracts, and defender Moises Hernandez, who signed for two years.

Following this game, the Sidekicks will remain on the road to face the St. Louis Ambush on Friday, December 20.
