CHICAGO (Feb. 12, 2017) — After falling behind 3-1, Chicago scored five straight to go ahead for good in a 7-4 win over Dallas at the Sears Centre Arena.

Forward Taylor Bond scored his 31st goal of the season and recorded his 11th assist to pace the Mustangs in their second-straight win over the weekend.

The Mustangs (9-7) conceded a second goal off a set piece with 5:30 remaining in the half, when midfielder Ricardinho Cavalcante flashed a pass off the back wall to defender T.J. Nelson to make it 3-1.

Chicago grabbed a crucial goal before the break as midfielder Efrain "Wilo" Martinez used an outside-inside touch to beat a defender and score with his right foot, with 1:10 left in the second frame.

The Mustangs knotted the game at 3 when Bond scored off a Chicago free kick, with a feed from Wilo with 11:47 left in the third period. Then, 10 minutes later, defender Ephraim Beard switched the attack to the right wing and midfielder Douglas Dos Santos scored with a shot to the back post for the first Mustang lead.

Dallas (7-11) fell behind by two to open the fourth quarter as midfielder Francisco "Paco" Gonzalez played a long ball to Bond for a flick-header goal. The Mustangs continued to pour on the scoring as Bond crossed the ball to the back post for defender Edwin Rojas for a tap-in.

Forward Osvaldo Rojas added a goal against six attackers to secure the win. It was his 12th goal in 14 games this season. Gonzalez added two assists for his seventh of the season.
