ONTARIO, Canada (Oct. 24, 2019) - Metrostars Canada will be coming to St. Catharines to host the first of a series of neutral site games this season, Nov. 22 and 24. The Metrostars and Major Arena Soccer League are hosting a 12-game series at different venues across southern Ontario to promote professional area soccer.

“It has always been our intention to help generate, promote and expand this beautiful game of arena soccer,” said Serge Giancola, president of Metrostars Canada. “We believe this game with its non-stop action and the uniquely required skill
set of stamina, quick decision making and fast-pace will be an instant hit with us Canadians. Bringing the MASL to smaller
city centres like St. Catharines allows us to better gauge its acceptance and its popularity. There is no reason that the City
of St. Catharines and its residents should be denied the opportunity to experience a game with a 40 year history and an
exciting product on the field!”

The MASL’s three-day run at Meridian Centre kicks off Nov. 22, with Metrostars Canada facing off against the Rochester
Lancers. Kickoff is at 7:35 p.m. ET. The action continues on Sunday, Nov. 24 for the second game in the series, which
kicks off at 1:05 p.m. ET.

Game Tickets are $18 plus tax and can be purchased through the Meridian Box office or Ticketmaster online.

An official launch and press conference will be held at the Meridian Centre on, Tuesday October 29th, 2019, at 11:30
am. Media are invited to attend and will receive details and event itineraries at the press conference. Details will then
be posted online.
