Harrisburg Heat Announce Signing Of Elton de Oliveira

HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania (May 24, 2019) – The Harrisburg Heat announced today the signing of Elton de Oliveira. Per team and league policy, terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Coach Pat Healey continues to rebuild the franchise with players that bring quality on and off the field adding "I am very excited to bring Elton to the Heat. He brings a lot of emotion and passion to every game he plays in. That style is exactly what this team is all about. He will have an immediate impact and will continue to grow.”

The Heat returns a majority of players that helped the team earn a great second half run and an impressive home streak. "Pat has a clear vision and we already are seeing dividends. I have unwavering trust in both Pat and his plan and I'm excited for this season" states Heat CEO Carl Delmont.

The team saw four different players earn post season awards during the first year for new Head Coach Healey and the enthusiasm throughout the team is contagious.

De Oliveira has spent his entire indoor career with Baltimore winning several trophies. He brings an attacking style as a defender and outstanding leadership qualities, which will benefit the young team.
