ENGLISH LANGUAGE BROADCAST ON TWITCH

The Major Arena Soccer League is proud to announce that it will air both games of the Ron Newman Cup Finals in Spanish and English on Twitch.

The streaming giant launched in 2011, is a live-streaming service for content spanning gaming, entertainment, sports, music, and more.

Twitch, known for its interactive capabilities and fan engagement, is a natural home for the fast-paced, excitement of indoor soccer.

The MASL on Twitch has seen peak viewership of more than 507,000 for the first game of this year, while a more recent Utica-Baltimore match drew 250,000 sets of eyeballs.

Broadcasters Craig Elsten and Nate Abaurrea will be providing English language commentary for fans on MASL_Soccer2 while the Chihuahua broadcast team will be providing Spanish coverage on MASL_Soccer.

“We are excited to host a multi-national Ron Newman Cup Finals,” said Commissioner Keith Tozer. “It was very important for the league to invest in a bi-lingual broadcast so that all our fans can enjoy the biggest games of the year.”

The Major Arena Soccer League represents some of the best professional indoor soccer in the world. The MASL features teams across North America, with teams playing coast-to-coast in the United States and Mexico, and players from over 30 countries.
