INDEPENDENCE, MO - The Kansas City Comets (11-5-1) return to Cable Dahmer Arena Friday night to host the Milwaukee Wave (6-10-1) with a playoff spot theirs with a win. The Comets will be the third team to punch a ticket to the post-season with their next victory, and they are 3-1 this season against the Wave, who come to town on a four-game skid and in 4th place in the Central Division.

They will have to do so with a new keeper in net with both Nicolau Neto and Lou Misner on the injury report. Steven Hamersky, who has appeared in eight games for the Comets dating back to the 2017-18 season, and currently plays for the Wichita Wings of the MASL2.
