WAVE HANDILY DEFEATS ORLANDO SEA WOLVES SUNDAY AFTERNOON

“The guys could’ve easily taken their foot off the gas pedal today but they kept at it all throughout,” said Milwaukee Wave Head Coach Giuliano Oliviero. “Orlando has a great offensive presence and they have some weapons. To hold them to two goals is certainly a win for us.”

Wave forward Ian Bennett lead the team in scoring with a 4 goals. Chad Vandegiffe had two and Jonatan Santos, Stuart Grable, Robert Renaud, Max Ferdinand, Chad Vandegriffe and Daniel Chamale all added a goal.

“We have a little bit of downtime before closing out the regular season against the Kansas City Comets,” added Oliviero. “We don’t want to let our guard down. We are going to continue to go hard in practice and tweak a few things before heading into the post season.”

The Milwaukee Wave takes on the rival Kansas City Comets, Saturday, April 14th at UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:05pm
