Turlock Express Takes the Win vs. Tacoma Stars

With a full house in Turlock cheering on the Express, Tacoma Stars and the Turlock Express started off strong both defensively and offensively as a whole.

Turlock express Player Arturo Pulido opened up the night with his first goal of the season in the first quarter. Tacoma star player Jamael Cox however capitalizes on a powerplay putting them back on track with the Express.

It was a challenging game overall between both Turlock and Tacoma throughout the whole match in which Express had the opportunity to showcase the new talent with Anibal Echeverria contributing two goals to start off his career with the Turlock Express. 

Additional goals by veterans Martyn Arista, Adrian Pulido, and Adrian Gutierrez kept the Express up top. Tacoma’s keeper Danny Waltman kept Express on their toes with various saves which contributed to Tacoma’s strong defensive force.  

The last plays occurred in the end of the fourth quarter with Turlock Express taking the win with the final score of 7 to 5 with tacoma falling short. 

Turlock Express is now on the road with back to back games against Baja and Sonora November 12th and 13th.
