What makes you most proud about being a Black man?

Plain and simple the black color. Makes me feel powerful wearing that skin.

What does Black History Month mean to you?

Doesn’t mean much, I live through the history every day of the year!

Who was your greatest influence/role model growing up?

Didier Drogba as we are from the same country . He went to Europe and built his legacy that would live on for generations.

What is one thing you wish people knew about being a Black athlete?

Even if the world would never admit we have to work twice as hard to get same recognition as other.

What barriers have you had to overcome to reach this point in your career?

Racism, judgment, discrimination and the list goes on.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Just give us what we earn, not even handouts.  Read an article where my name wasn’t even written the right way . This is poor! I’m Black, I’m powerful, I’m Big Mo!
