Chicago Mustangs to hold training session in the city
Players available to sign autographs
CHICAGO (Nov. 2, 2016) – The Chicago Mustangs are excited to announce that the first team will be training at Melrose Park at 2318 W. North Ave on Friday, Nov. 4 in front of the general public.
“We believe that this is an exciting and crucial time to promote the sport with our season less than two weeks away,” coach Armando Gamboa said. “We take a lot of pride in getting out in the community and showcasing the beautiful game.”
The training session will be held at Chicago Soccer Indoor facility as part of an agreement between the two clubs. The session begins at 4 p.m. and will conclude at 6 p.m. Following training, players will be sign autographs.
“We encourage family-orientated fans to come out and support Chicago’s indoor soccer team,” general manager Bobby Lancar said. “This is a prime chance to get a glimpse of how pro players carry themselves on the training ground. We are offering free tickets to kids.”
