TEXAS OUTLAWS SIGN UZI TAYOU

MESQUITE, Texas – The Texas Outlaws have signed defender Uzi Tayou. Tayou is set to make a significant impact on the Outlaws' defensive lineup for the upcoming 2023-2024 MASL season.

“I’m excited to join the Texas Outlaws and pursue this next chapter in my career with the quality coaching staff, front office, and the outstanding Outlaws fans,” said Tayou.

Known for his exceptional defensive skills, Tayou brings a wealth of experience and talent to the Texas Outlaws. Coming into his 10th season in the Major Arena Soccer League, he has played in 159 regular-season games, scored 22 goals, had 35 assists, and blocked 206 shots.

Head Coach Tatu is excited to add Tayou to the Outlaws defense and seeing the quality he will bring to the field.

General Manager and Sporting Director, Brad Namdar, says, “Uzi is a great player with a wealth of experience and will add a lot of depth to our roster. We are happy to have him join the club.”
